Recipe for Rosemary Roasted Cashews:
Ingredients:

  • 500g By Nature Raw Cashews
  • 2tbsp fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
  • ½tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2tsp dark brown sugar
  • 2tsp salt
  • 1tbsp melted butter/ coconut oil 

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 375° F.
  • Bake the cashews on an ungreased baking sheet for about 10min, until they are warmed through.
  • Combine the rosemary, pepper, sugar, salt & butter/ oil in a large bowl. Toss the warm cashews with the rosemary mixture until they are completely coated. Serve warm.
