Will not use any other form of this flavouring. Have used since 2008 and it always delivers. Delicious added to our mugs of bone broth in the morning as well as ramen.
Love this product! Great taste, not overpowering and can be used in just about anything - stirfries, steamed veggies, sauces etc. It's just delicious!
It seems all of the Braggs products are exceptionally value added and great tasting products. It enhances the taste of many dishes.
When I go out for sushi I take my bottle with me. I add a splash of it to stews and broths, and recently I made the most delish sticky sweet sesame chicken. My only complaint is that I'm using it up way too quickly!!
So I was diagnosed with two autoimmune diseases which necessitated a drastic change to my diet and MANY things had to be excluded... and that also included many flavour profiles I have used over the years. Many people will hold this forward as a substitute for soya sauce, and yes, if you add a little nutritional yeast, a little lemon juice I think it would do the trick, but don't order this with too many preconceived ideas of what it will taste like and what you will be able to use it for. It has not nasty elements in it and we have used it an many many things as a substitute for soya sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and just as a condiment that brings a deeper flavour profile to food that we have been missing. It is a little sweeter that you would expect, but you have to just keep in mind you use such a tiny amount in your food it is not going to make the dish sweet (and a bottle is likely to last a LONG time). Try it out and I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
