I use these as a food waste bag and to store food for the compost heap. They work well in that regard. I haven't had an issue with tearing. Could potentially be a bit more affordable but overall a good product. I love that they're safe for the environment.

I will always support such efforts I hate plastics and what it does to our environment so grateful to have this alternative though the bags are not very strong but I work around it
