I bought this scalp massager because of menopausal hair loss and an itchy scalp. I have only been using this for a week now, so seeing results now would be an unreasonable expectation, however, I enjoy using this when I shampoo as it feels very nice on my scalp. I also massage my scalp when I put on the conditioner and my hair does feel more moisture rich after I dry my hair. I use it between washes as well, just as a dry massage and this too feels nice on my scalp.
