Directions:

• Use gentle, long sweeping strokes, apply light pressure on most of the body, especially the neck & chest.
• Start brushing at the bottom of your feet, moving upwards towards your heart.
• Use long sweeping strokes on your arms & legs.
• When brushing your arms, begin at the hands & work upwards towards your shoulders.
• Massage your stomach & buttocks in clockwise, circular motions.
• Body brush for 3 to 5 minutes, once or twice a week.
• You can use the brush with a natural soap in the shower or bath.
