These strips are very useful to check pH levels when I get symptoms of any kind of stress or low immunity. I, like so many of us, lost someone very special and close to me in the past year to cancer, and have become quite paranoid about acidity. As a result, I find it comforting to test my levels every now and then so that I do not have to imagine how alkaline I do or don’t feel.

Interesting to note when reading PH strips, only Anthony William knows of this ... if it shows you are acid you are actually more alkaline internally, because when you are alkaline you eliminate acidity! When you are really acidic all your alkaline minerals leave your body rapidly. So basically these strips are completely backwards :) Look up his talk on debunking health fads, sooo interesting x

It is useful to know if your body is acidic or alkaline and from there make the necessary food changes for a more alkaline reading. We know that disease thrives in acid.

When receiving this product, I tested my pH and it was 7.00! Was extremely pleased as I was under the impression that my body was fairly acidic. Roll on 2 weeks.... 2 courses on antibiotics later and a good amount of painkillers for a migraine and bad toothache.... tested my pH again and surprise surprise, it was 5.5! Not good at all. Goes to show that these pH Testing Strips definitely work!

Although they work to some extent I'm not convinced these strips are really much to go by to be honest. It's hard to read the read strip/chart as the strips don't really change much in colour and one of the two colours (usually the pink/orangy) block and often times the green stay the same and does not compare to any of the colours on the chart. I guess it is better than nothing, but there are strips out there that are much more accurate.
