I always take Alpha Lipoic Acid upon my Doctor's recommendation. I find that BioLife is more affordable than some other brands and it does the job just as well. Great.
I have blood sugar problems and used alpha lipoic acid which definately helped.
The other products were very expensive and so happy to find one that is reasonably priced. And once again it works for my blood sugar problem
This one is quite affordable so that's really nice. Can't comment yet on it's efficacy, but i'm using it for fatty liver as i've read this is one of the best supplements (among other things) to use to cure that.
Bought it for my mom and she doesn't want to run out. She's complaining less with pain in her legs and her sugar is always normal when using these tablets. She recommends I start taking them myself
