This face wash definitely cleanses well without stripping the skin (no tight-feeling afterwards). It removes make-up well, but I would not use it around my eyes as it burns when it comes in contact with them. The smell is pleasant, and gentle, almost like licorice. I would buy it again. My breakouts seem less, and my skin less oily - this must be because it doesn't over-cleanse. I would recommend using a warm, damp cloth or micellar water to remove the worst of the day's dirt and then using a tiny amount of this wash afterwards. Also great that it's in dark glass.

I used it for a while, before it fell in the shower and broke. So I would suggest a different packaging. It also left my face feeling tight.

Maybe this happens only to me. The first few days the product was amazing. I love the glass bottle, the blackness of the product, its smell... Ok, it does burn the eyes and takes lots of water to rinse. But it left my skin feeling clean and fresh. Unfortunately after 2 days, I started having pimples, and I almost never have. So I put it aside. I started using it again 3 days ago, and yesterday another pimple. That is it, not for me. But many other people seem to like it. I will not buy again.

Officially my face wash of choice. I just bought my second bottle and will continue to buy more. My face feels good after using this product. Love it.

I have combination skin and in summer am more prone to breakouts and this face wash sorts it all out. My face feels clean and fresh. i have been using this product for sometime and faithfully recommend it...
