I bought this mainly for blood sugar support; and for the anti-ageing properties, too. I have found it to work very well for lowering blood sugar and for lowering high blood pressure, as well. I had bad palpitations and skipped heartbeats, and that has improved so that I feel well again and don't have the skipped beats.
I love this product! Gives a nice boost of energy and brain function, I can feel when I did not drink it in the morning. And I only take 1 capsule per day. Love that it's all natural as well!
Increased energy levels from day 3 of taking this supplement and also found reduction in my appetite, so needed with extra kilos in lockdown:)
