I really had super high hopes for this product but was let down. I have crazy hair thats very porous and frizzy and found that this product, as a conditioner, didn't condition my hair. It left my hair oily and tacky. The smell was great, and the packaging is pretty but its a no from me, dawg. But I would recommend the shampoo and conditioner to someone with finer hair perhaps?

I've used natural hair care products for years. Tried this one for my waist length thick (healthy) hair and this product did not condition, actually left my ends feeling dry and the first time in my life my hair has been frizzy while using this.

LOVE IT. I'm on my second bottle and my hair looks beautiful. I have quite curly and frizzy hair, but since using this, PAIRED* with the conditioner, my curls look so silky and so defined. I did notice it contains citric acid, but its a shampoo. not a soap. So I'm fine with it. AND IT SMELLS AMAZING TOO.

I expected a different consistency I think, is far too thin a mixture to detangle hair with and I've had to use a lot more product as a result. Probably won't buy again :(

I have very long hair with dry ends. This conditioner did not smooth, soften or detangle my hair at all. Instead it left it feeling drier than before, and would not rinse out properly. I would not buy this again.
