• Don Quai is an adaptogen that helps to balance female hormones. This plant has antispasmodic properties that help to relax muscle tissue, explaining its effectiveness in treating menstrual cramps.
• Shatavari increases vitality, regulates the menstrual cycle, and reduces symptoms of PMS and cramps.
• Chaste Berry balances hormone levels, reduces stress and improves overall wellbeing.

Directions:

• Take one full dropper (10 drops) one to three times a day - once for maintenance dosage and three times in acute cases.
• Put dropper directly in the mouth or in a glass of water for consumption and keep in mouth for 30 seconds for optimum absorption.
• Please note that the product contains 33% alcohol. If wanting to avoid ethanol consumption, place drops in hot water and allow ethanol to evaporate for a minute or two.
• Lower dosage for maintenance or if you have a hormone imbalance.
• Increase dosage: if hormone deficient or experiencing burnout or stress, post pill, anorexia.
